Yeah some of it has just gotten too silly, especially the notifications of ín your 'neighbourhood' which aren't even in my city. Maybe this is based on US car culture, I don't know. But they're notifying me about friends who aren't even really friends, going to an event I wasn't invited to and have no interest being, like a colleague from another department going to a barbecue with his highschool friends in his hometown I've never visited in my life and is an hour away... as an event in my neighborhood. Just no. And it's not even on my timeline or something, it's an actual notification, the ones we use if an actual human being sends you specifically a one on one message.
