Sorry but reading articles online is not procrastinating productively. I would accept procrastinating productively as tasks that are important but not urgent.

I would accept procrastinating productively as tasks that are important but not urgent.
- coldtea 8y agoDeveloping your knowledge (which you can do by reading articles online) is important but not urgent.
- VBprogrammer 8y agoIf I ever have to survive a post apocalypse type event I'm sure my (theoretical) knowledge of blacksmithing, gasification, woodworking, permaculture and micro-hydro will come in useful. Until that time I've no idea why these things (and many more I didn't mention) tickle that part of my brain which makes me want to learn everything there is to know about a subject.
