An Indian CEO is held for duping US visa authorities
- olliej 8y agoSounds like a small fry (relatively) case made easy by what seems like really overtly stupid things (like charging the visa applicants - short term money vs long term fraud). No one seems to be going after infosys, etc despite their business model consisting of essentially the same behavior (sans payments from applicants). We can objectively back up that claim now by simply noting the drop in their h1b applications now that there’s actual enforcement of wage requirements using actual market wages for applications.
