How else are you going to parallel construct a case against someone if you can't intercept their communication using extralegal means?

How else are you going to parallel construct a case against someone if you can't intercept their communication using extralegal means?
- linkregister 8y agoHow else are you going to make a compelling argument without cherry-picking an extremely rare event and implying it's the norm?
- Timmah 8y agoSorry for using evidence to support my claim. I'll use fake news or conspiracy theories next time so it's easier for you to refute my argument.
- cryoshon 8y agodo you have evidence that it is a rare event? we have evidence that it is indeed not a rare event because the agencies have a specific term for it...
- linkregister 8y agoThe burden of evidence is on the original claim if it is not widely accepted or reasonably obvious. The only evidence is a lack of evidence. There are documented examples that surface on a rare basis. The fact something has a term has no impact on the frequency of the event. Unless you think that a Dyson Sphere is something that's been observed.
