I'm always amused by the constant hating on Tesla while they at least manage to ship and have products that aren't just announcements and just have issues with scaling up and some parts of the hull not being perfectly aligned while everyone else is just showing off prototype after prototype, luxury cars or overpriced entry level cars that don't even come close to Tesla's mileage. Faraday Future and Lucid also don't seem to be able to get their act together. This leaves just Tesla, Chevy with Bolt and VW with the E Golf. I'd also be surprised if Tesla wasn't going to end up being the quasi monopoly battery manufacturer in the long run.
