People poke fun at other people who avoid gluten without having a legitimate condition that justifies it. I don't know if psoriasis does or not, but I know a friend of mine whose mother was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Once he started avoiding gluten, his health (and demeanor) changed until he was almost a completely different (and much happier) person.
