I used them for years as a paying customer, and though the apps were also a bit slow and buggy I thought they were worthwhile. I only cancelled when they changed their terms to allow engineers to read your notes to improve their ad targeting. Though they eventually walked that back it soured me enough, now I get by with google docs instead.
