Yes it always shows up as 7-Eleven for me too, I use an Android phone if that makes a difference. To avoid it I just saved the number as a contact as "Scotiaba

Yes it always shows up as 7-Eleven for me too, I use an Android phone if that makes a difference.
To avoid it I just saved the number as a contact as "Scotiabank Customer Service".
