20k miles... unless you drive the car like it's a performance car. Half that is more like it in my experience. And the dealers make a HUGE margin on tyres - the markup vs third party is close to 100% and the third parties are still making a good margin. There's also things like A/C maintenance etc which is pretty profitable for them.
