As far as Tesla is concerned I think you should look for the Model Y when that's announced. That's probably going to be much closer to your price range.

- throwaway5752 8y agoPrice range is just a matter of being cheap and the utility I attach to a car (not status or fashion, but a tool that happens to have the steepest depreciation curve of just about anything in the universe). I've priced out the 3 and the benefits are sufficient that $20-25k outside of that price target is a tradeoff I'm willing to make. Thanks for the Model Y pointer.
