- rcMgD2BwE72F 8y agoAnd only when they secure some battery production capacity to make these cars in volume. That's an even better indicator. Mercedes et al. always had big plans to produce batteries. But the plans remains plans. Every year. Tesla, on the contrary, keeps growing its lead over the legacy automakers. They are still have 5 to 10 years ahead on this front and their competitors are still writing press releases...
