I bought my first MBP in 2017. Love the machine. Hate the keyboard. It is just very bad. I only wished Apple acknowledged this and offered something as an apology. After all, this is what any car / phone / anything else company would do. It's fine to make mistakes, just embrace them and send love back to your users.
