I have the same thing. Preople look at me like i'm crazy and tell me that I should be careful not to hurt myself. I make a half hearted effort yo poiny them in the direction of some studies like the above, but mostly people arent smart/knowledgable enough to understand.
- phkahler 8y agoIt's amazing how doing something different is automatically viewed as bad for you. I'm guessing you don't look unhealthy? Are the people who say you're crazy healthy?
- maxerickson 8y agoIn general people seem to think they'd die if they went without food for a week. (Of course such a period is much more precarious for some people, but a generally healthy person would barely notice except for being hungry at first)
