  Not if you’re doing it professionally. Several reasons, BTW they also apply to MS Office. Adobe/Autodesk/Steinberg software is just better than alternatives. You can’t use Photoshop filters / Autocad addons / VST instruments with non-native apps. At least not reliably. You can’t reliably exchange documents unless you use original software.
