- qbrass 8y agoSo you can sue Google on your own and not as part of the class action.
- Eridrus 8y agoIf you read the terms and are unhappy enough with them that you would want to file your own lawsuit, then you should exclude yourself. If you accept the terms, then you're giving up the right to sue them separately.
