Ask HN: How much CTR impact the ranking of a page on Google

There are nearly 2 billion websites with 500 million active blogs in the world as of 2018? Out of these billions & millions, we can easily assume you are competing against at least thousands or a million of them trying to rank for the exact keyword you are trying to rank for. I wanted to test out the theory wheather the CTR helps in getting a page on top or not. I'm not promoting anything here. Just want to do this research and will share mine-finding. Please search for technical recruitment hackerearth on Google and click on the first result. Meanwhile, if anyone has some data on it let me know. Because Google never said anything for whether Good CTR is the result in ranking or not.
