India hasn't missed anything, India rising is just beginning. Training abroad and repatraiting talent is quite common sense in the grand scheme of things.

  Except no Indian is going to go back given the opportunity to stay in US/UK/AUS etc.

    That's not true, anecdotally I know people who did and if you search you can find many more examples.

    99% Chinese won't go back too, the one who does maybe a spy.

    I am from India. I just got my I140 (for green card) approved and got 3 year extension for my h1b that is valid till half of 2021. I am going back next month. I don't want to spent the next 50-150 years being an h1b slave.
