- keyrob32 8y agoCompletely agree. With only one microphone placed somewhere around the cubicle it would not be able to detect the direction the sound is coming from. In worst case the sound wave reach you before the microphone... Also in order to create the perfect anti wave the distance between you and the microphone has to be known really well. I think this is actually one of the huge advantages of wearable noise canceling headphones.
