You are not alone. Many of the (real) programmers I know fit the reclusive but highly intelligent stereotype and don't have Facebook, MySpace (does it still exist?) or Twitter accounts. But all of the programmers I know would gladly profit off of the, as Zuckerburg referred to them, "dumb fucks" who just give out their information to any website that asks for it.
