What's up with the line of points at y=0.3772? seems anomalous

- jake-low 8y agoIt's Alaska, as noted in the footnotes of the article; I think each borough is showing the vote ratio for the whole state rather than the borough-level data. Sorry about that; I'll make some time to look into it later.
