The industry standard onsite interview to offer rate seems astonishingly low at 20%. Is this symptomatic of poor filtering early in the pipeline?
- vonmoltke 8y agoNo, it's symptomatic of paranoid hiring processes, arbitrarily high bars, and interviewers who have no business interviewing people.
- redisman 8y agoIt just means that popular companies can very much cherry-pick and inconvenience plenty of engineers. There is no shortage of people for them.
