How is affirmative action currently practiced? Not sure what you’re alluding to.
- gizmo686 8y agoYou could view my proposed course of action as affirmative action, and I am sure there are other approaches I haven't thought of without the problems I describe. The current practice I refer to is biasing decisions based on race.
