Well, it's an editorial in the Japan Times by a guy who only talks about America...and Europe.

- strictnein 8y agoAhh... that explains the poor quality of the writing in the article. Ted Rall is perhaps the least interesting, least insightful, and least amusing living political cartoonist. He fills a certain political niche though, which I guess pays the bills.
