I actually really like Azure. Orchestra and application insights have made incident support so much easier, and it’s only as lock-on as you make it. I also worry because of the political climate. It’s extremely unlikely, that the relationship between the EU and the US will really go bad, but we have contingency plans for things you wouldn’t believe, so naturally we have one for Azure.
