  I wish that was a list like that could be added to because I would add: 41. Full adjectives and adverbs can appear in names. Some folks didn't get fancy and add prefixes and suffixes like the Europeans. You might even encounter a family name that is a whole phrase.

    Puritan names actually followed this pattern, with names like “If-Christ-had- not-died-for-thee-thou-hadst- been-damned”.
