Get a partner who is just as invested as you (deferred equity over a number of years works well) and lean on them for some of the management functions.
- dhruvkar 8y agoFinding a partner is just as hard (if not harder) than finding and managing a reliable employee. This advice gets thrown around a lot, and while it's helpful as an option to consider, it often doesn't solve the posed issue.
