With today's knowledge, I wouldnt create any facebook and reddit accounts (only social media where I feel like I wasted a lot of time on). Now I dont have any accounts there anymore. It wasnt hard to quit. All it took was a serious "oh fuck this shit" moment, just like I quit smoking. But am I a better employee because of that? I dont think so. Not having social media doesnt solve any motivation/discipline/attention span problems
