(3) Tu B'Av (Jewish) 2016-08-19, 2015-07-31, 2014-08-11, 2012-08-03 (4) Holi (Hindi) 2018-03-02, 2017-03-13, 2017-03-12, 2016-03-24, ... But even if they didn't, it would still be a historical/cultural bias to exclude all events with religious origins. In that case, a secular bias.
