You seem to have a good grasp of the situation, and I'm not sure I have much advice. From experience, I'd keep an eye out for members of your own team starting to act up. Some people respond to reorgs as a chance to vent their personal agendas, or slack off, or [fill in the blank]. I would not expect the same level of output until well after the org shake up has settled down.
