That the CEO of Riot Games chose to make such an inappropriate remark in a meeting with his employees says that he an immature person. The author could only win though only by consesus: if enough people came out to complain, then he would have a legit case. We should have in mind that the employees of Riot might like such an environment, and therefore whoever doesn't like it simply doesn't belong there.
