- kbenson 8y agoSeagulls were the pests of my school, and would swarm anything dropped outside at lunch. I seem to recall hearing about someone being shat on once a week or so, and I assume I heard about it significantly less than it happened. Happened to me once while there too. This was a good 20 miles from the coast, too, so they're willing to travel to get what they want.
- eecc 8y agoIn San Marco square, Venice I saw a seagull fly over a tourist and snatch a pizza right out of his hands. Pretty smart and agile animals, can’t say the same of pigeons (although it’s somewhat a blessing, considering their numbers)
