You've never experienced inconsiderate coworkers? Like coworkers who talk loudly on the phone in a nearby work area, coworkers with hygiene issues, coworkers who don't carry their weight or respond well to training?
- rejschaap 8y agoAll of these issues should be addressed by the manager.
- paulie_a 8y agoOr potentially addressed directly. I've had a couple occasions where I literally told a sexual harassing manager to "go fuck himself" twice. (He was harassing the women at the office) At another company I was politely confronted about a comment I had made, we talked it out. It was unintentionally insulting and we acted as adults and I realized why he brought it up.
- user5994461 8y agoIt's entirely possible to have had none of these issues when you only worked for a few years or in a few companies.
- DrinkWater 8y agoI did, but these kind of problems were (at least for me) manageable (discussing the issues, "avoiding" these people, etc).
- lainga 8y agoWell, there's a big gulf between "toxic" or "impossible to stand" and mere "inconsiderate".
