Just because they make the AK-47, doesn't mean they know anything about mechanical innovation or even vehicular engineering. They definitely don't know anything about marketing from the look of the car.

- LyndsySimon 8y agoNope, not entirely. There are lots of stories that credit Hugo Schmeisser for at least part of the mechanism. More importantly, the Soviets developed the tactics around the use of light automatic weapons by infantry squads.
