Ask HN: Sites or tools to help family member sell stuff online

A family member is really good at physically itemising and categorising car parts they salvage from scrap yards. These parts are generally very specific to certain vehicles (VAG group), e.g. motors for dimmers, ECUs Selling them online you can make a nice bit of money however it is very time consuming At the moment I have to create listings on Ebay/ Gumtree etc for stuff they want to sell. I've tried training them to do it themselves but still struggling. We tried making a spreadsheet of inventory and a external hard drive of photos taken of parts. I had a look online but couldn't find any suitable software. Are there any tools or apps that can help them out, so I don't get bothered as much :) ? Note: they are not the most tech literate; can manage copy & paste, paypal and emailing attachments
