Ask HN: Which are the best audio recorder apps for mobile phones?

Provocative characters from Trumpworld have been releasing audio recordings of meetings and phone calls that they've had. I've never done this kind of thing before, so I was wondering what are the best apps to use for audio recordings. I'm interested in both Android and iOS apps.
