How can a "service" be scraped, unless the service is just making content available? Or are you referring to the copy that promotes the service? Scraping is very easy if your content is rendered on the server. If it's rendered on the client it's a little more complex, I guess your competitor would have to use headless browsers. Technologically, you're potentially up against services like Crawlera which will be pretty hard to beat. The best solution is probably filing copyright claims through DMCA which would remove them from Google rankings.
