Fair enough. But what about the incorporation part and waiting to hear from you guys?
- pg 16y agoYou have to be incorporated to take even a convertible note, so if you do raise money, you'll have to incorporate too. Don't do it cheaply through one of those online places. This is not something where it's wise to cut corners.
