I would like to believe this article but: a) Having eaten supposed Thai food in the USA I can tell you it's not Thai! Most of it's Chinese based. b) You're talking about a government that couldn't organise its way out of a coupe let alone have a foreign policy. There's no way they are organised enough to do this. It would be a great idea if it was in fact real.
