Every job after that has been refers from guys I meet contracting at places, but I never found a place worth staying at. I have learn to separate the bullshitters and people with genuine interest in tech. Group messages, joke emails, epic lunches, and understanding someones true ability has gotten me more work then any recruiting agency has ever been able to.
