Not so sure about the data presented in the article. There are, according to the graphics, "4 startups per million people in Paris". There are 2.2 million habitants in Paris (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Paris https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Paris), and we have hundreds if not thousands of startups (source: http://www.techonmap.fr/ http://www.techonmap.fr/). The numbers don't match.
