The way I've done it is schedule an IFTTT that will search for a post with X points. This then will be served to my Pocket account so that I can read it later.

The way I've done it is schedule an IFTTT that will search for a post with X points. This then will be served to my Pocket account so that I can read it later. By the end of the day, or while commuting, the Pocket app has links with X points that I can then consume.
