I have even 2 such pillows but I can't sleep on any of them even when I'm on my side. I guess they are comfortable when you sleep on your back.
Anyway, mostly I suffer from pain of lumbar part of spine.
- StavrosK 8y agoAre you sure you're putting the high part under your neck?
- dawidw 8y agoIf I remember correctly I was using both ways and for some reason it was uncomfortable for me. Maybe I should give it a try and lying on my back.
- StavrosK 8y agoI don't know about the back, but it's fantastic on my side (the high part should be supporting your neck). Maybe give it another go?
