"Stripe Atlas will waive the one-time $500 company formation fee for anyone that uses the link below by October 15th." - Not just females? Otherwise it could be considered discrimination.
- cbcoutinho 8y agoDelaware has been advantageous for corporations for years for various legal and tax purposes, this isn't new.
- pas 8y agoDelaware has an extensively tested legal framework for corporations, well known for VCs, easy on the administrative and taxation burdens, etc.
