Could be, but that list doesn't seem too excessive to me. Normally addiction is defined as doing something to the point where it causes harm. What's being sacrificed to have the time to do all those things? If it's relationships, that's bad, if it is time that would otherwise be spent on watching TV or refreshing a social media feed, then it's good.
