  Not the person you're asking but I've filled a CFPB complaint against Citibank. It was an easy process, took maybe 10 minutes to fill out an online fourm. They contacted Citibank with the information I gave them and I got an apology from Citibank probably within a week.

    That, I can understand, but isn't the CFPB more for financial firms? Would they really intervene to correct Lyft vomit procedures?
