Ask HN: People from whole Africa, startup?

I don't have a lot of friends on living in Africa or that left and left it, for some reasons apparently: - Better education (ahem) - Money (maybe) - Discotheques (don't care) And sadly because of global warming :'( Africa is the part of the next two billion users of the Internet that GAFA and Google, in particular, they want to reach. I am thinking about moving to North Africa to start a startup, I have several ideas and one big idea. That evolves around people using and learning more about their own history past and recent. Now, You can tell me my idea is old. You can tell me my idea is old. That's NOT the point of the topic! Do some HNers tried to start a computer science related company in Africa and failed? +edit: the topic is not about my MVP idea, it's about what works and what doesnt' work in Africa. For instance, what do people think an Algerian coming 20 years later to its elders country? Do some HNers successfully started a computer science related company in Africa and succeed?
