- pacaro 8y agoAnd in TFA, the expression should be “not old enough to drive, let alone vote.” The more restrictive criterion should come first, otherwise the expression doesn’t really work. I’m curious if he would have the legal capacity to sign anything as governor. My understanding is that as a minor he doesn’t have capacity to enter into a contract.
