Even so, it seems that tech patents need to have a shorter time frame. Things move faster now than they did 200 years ago.
- mcphage 8y agoAbsolutely, and many patents are stupidly broad or obvious. I’m glad the patent office has begun cracking down on “X, but on a computer” patents, because those were all terrible.
