I adopted Bulma, but not for the flexbox aspect. It's nice to use Bulma's CSS components, easy to tweak via SASS and in general a much more pleasurable experience for me compared to Bootstrap. I think a lot of the components in Bulma use Flexbox, but I consider this an implantation detail I don't care about.
