I know someone who uses MDMA every few months to prevent migraines. Reportedly it works at least for a month or two after a 100mg dose. Really wish it was legal to research around this compounds - the case of 2-Bromo-LSD suggests a successful anti-migraine drug does not have to have psychedelic effects.
